In a bid to do more than just ride the AI wave, Interpublic Group (IPG) has rolled out Agentic Systems for Commerce (ASC), a data-driven platform designed to help brands make smarter decisions across the chaotic sprawl that is modern e-commerce. Over 20 brands are currently piloting ASC, and IPG says the tool has already delivered double-digit increases in sales. Rather than crunching numbers in silos, ASC connects the dots between pricing, search behavior, digital shelf placement, and competitor intel—all in real time.
Behind the curtain, the effort includes IPG’s commerce and AI leadership, Tag-teaming ASC are Dr. Jeriad Zoghby, Chief Commerce Strategy Officer, and Yaniv Sarig, Global Head of AI Commerce (whose previous company, Intelligence Node, IPG scooped up for $100 million last December). Intelligence Node’s data backbone powers many of ASC’s insights, making this more than just another dashboard—it’s an operational overhaul in a box. As commerce tools proliferate, ASC aims to replace fragmented solutions with one unified approach.
IPG CEO Philippe Krakowsky pitched ASC as more than a helpful service—it’s a potential revenue stream and future-proofing plan. With both IPG and Omnicom touting aligned strengths across data, AI, and platform development, ASC could be the first proof point of what their combined forces can deliver.
